OTM Training may alert you by email or phone to inform you the following: any newly released videos, partnerships with heart rate monitors or equipment, blogs, and stats about your health etc. This information which may feel useful to you, through the Company, has factual information about its subsidiaries/affiliates.
Public Forums
Personal information such as height, weight, BMI, gender, birthday, doctor visits, prescriptions, stress levels, etc will be available to all users, and will be in the beginning set up. Such information will be filled at your own risk. You are able to choose “I prefer not to answer” to these questions.

It is in the best interest and effort of OTM Training to safeguard the confidentiality of user’s information. Safeguarding will be in effect at all times and will be provided in order to protect every information processed and maintained. Employees will have access to this application and will be provided with a company code by their Employer.
